How do I book a transfer?

You can book online, call us on +61 415 340 554, or email bookings@transitbee.com.au. For immediate assistance, we recommend calling.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard transfers. For peak times (weekends, holidays), earlier booking is advised.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, child seats are available upon request. Please specify when booking.

How long does airport pickup take?

We track your flight and adjust pickup time accordingly. For domestic flights, we wait 30 min after landing. For international, 45 min.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. Corporate accounts can request invoice.
